Martin qualified with Grant Thornton before joining the practice as a partner in 1985. He has extensive experience of large family run businesses and trusts, and advises on a wide range of accountancy, taxation, and commercial issues. He specialises in audit and associated areas.
Steve Wilch FCA
Steve qualified with the firm and has progressed through the ranks to his current position. He has a wide variety of clients and has extensive experience advising owner managers of businesses from new start-ups to large groups of companies. He advises clients on many issues including tax planning, acquisitions and disposals, and strategic business planning. He specialises in dealing with groups, group reconstruction, business sales and acquisitions, charities, Community Interest Company’s, and management consultancy work.
Rob Dearing FCA
Rob qualified with Mazars and worked his way through the ranks, leaving as a director after 13 years. Subsequently he joined this practice in 2012 and was promoted to partner in 2016. He has extensive experience of owner managed businesses and groups of companies. He specialises in audit but gains the most satisfaction from working with business owners, helping them to develop their businesses over time and maximise their wealth.
Adam Billingham FCA
Adam trained and qualified with the firm before becoming manager and subsequently an associate. He focuses predominately on advising owner managed businesses, although capable of advising all client types. He has a particular interest and knowledge of mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and is a trustee for two local charities. High service levels and standards are at the heart of his work ethic.
Susan Kellegher ACA TEP
Sue qualified as an accountant with an independent firm based in Hertfordshire before moving to Mercer & Hole to specialise in taxation. In 2007 she joined Clifford Roberts as the tax manager and has continued to further her experience and qualifications, becoming a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in 2016. She looks after the tax affairs of the firm’s wide range of corporate and private tax clients, from small companies to large corporate groups and from sole traders to high net worth individuals, She has a particular interest and expertise in tax planning, inheritance tax, trusts and estates.
Julian Payne FCA
Julian qualified within the local office of a large International firm where he specialised in computer audit and data risk management. He joined the Northampton office of Clifford Roberts in 1987 and subsequently established the Wellingborough Office of the practice, expanding it to include the long established firm of Greshams, a renowned firm with a long history within the town. He acts for a wide range of SME clients advising on all areas of business, audit and taxation.
Liam O'Malley FCA
Liam qualified with Smith Hodge and Baxter in Kettering in 1980 before founding Greshams Chartered Accountants in Wellingborough in 1987. In July 2005 Greshams merged with Clifford Roberts. His clients are mainly family businesses and professional practices where he advises on all areas of business and taxation. He specialises in helping businesses plan for growth and subsequent realisation of value on sale or retirement.
Andy Greenhalgh FCA
Andy qualified with a large independent firm based in Leicester, before joining the practice in 2010. He has since progressed through the ranks to become audit manager before his promotion. He advises a wide variety of clients on all accountancy and taxation issues and he has a wealth of experience auditing Owner Managed Businesses and UK subsidiaries of multi-national companies. He also specialises in grant assurance for funding received from a range of bodies, including Innovate UK.
